H Villa Ktima είναι ένα ιδιωτικό κατάλυμα σε ένα περιφραγμένο κτήμα στο παραλιακό χωριό των Μηνιών, με ένα υπνοδωμάτιο που φιλοξενεί 2 άτομα. Άλλοι δύο καλεσμένοι μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν στο ευρύχωρο σαλόνι (σε έναν διπλό/δύο μονούς καναπέδες-κρεβάτι).
