Sea and sun is a brand new house built on the side of the mountain. Only one kilometer away from the most famous beach on the island Mylopotas beach(200 meters dirt road). With two bedrooms, two bathrooms,kitchen, a living room and an outdoor pool. The sea and the sun are scattered throughout all the rooms of the house. Enjoy the magnificent sunset, the serenity of the sea and discover the beauty at the narrow streets of Ios! We can host groups up to 16 people on our villas!

Μπροστά του η παραλία της Τζαμαρίας.Είναι 48 τ.μ. και αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα καθιστικό 25 τ.μ. με καναπέ κρεβάτι, τραπεζαρία, χώρο εργασίας, δωρεάν wifi και TV, κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις συσκευές,μπάνιο με πλυντήριο ρούχων, εξωτερικό χώρο 50 τ.μ. με τραπεζαρία και ξαπλώστρες. Φιλοξενεί μέχρι 3 ενήλικες.

Mister blue, private terrace to relax ,Chora Ios

A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!!

Notre luxueuse maison de style cycladique vous accueillera pour vos vacances sur l'île de Ios, à 400m de la superbe plage de Yalos. Située légèrement en hauteur, vous bénéficierez d'une vue panoramique sur Kampos (la campagne), Chora (le village), le port et enfin la plage. Tout cela dans une quiétude absolue, loin de la vie animée du village, mais à proximité de toutes commodités. Malheureusement, nous n'acceptons pas les groupes d'étudiants.

Only a kilometer away from Mylopotas beach (200 m dirt road). We can accommodate up to 16 people to all our villas!!
