A charming apartment located within the Grade 1 listed Layer Marney Tower! This apartment is situated within the main building of the Tower but benefits from its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private hot tub! The Loft offers everything you might need for a short break in the peaceful Suffolk countryside. There are lovely field paths to explore, and our wonderful local pub within an easy walk, as well as the pretty little town of Eye two miles up the road with its castle and independent shops. The stunning Suffolk Coast is less than an hour away, as are the cities of Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

This one bed, modern annex is situated 15 minutes away from the beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds. The name of the property very simply describes the view out the back of the annex which we hope you love as much as we do. You can watch rabbits, deer and birds from the large gable window and star gazing is a must. Whether you're in the area for an event or want to spend a relaxing weekend away to unwind, Field View Annex is the perfect getaway.

The Garret lovely studio flat

The Garret - a lovely studio flat set amongst the rolling Suffolk countryside, very close to the beautiful market town of Framlingham and the Suffolk Heritage coast. Woodbridge, Aldburgh, Southwold, Snape Maltings, Sutton Hoo and RSPB Minsmere are all within easy reach. The Garret sits above our cartlodge and is fully self-contained with lovely views over our garden and the Suffolk countryside.

‘Duck’ Chalet

**Brand New for 2023** Relax at this peaceful place to stay with wildlife park right on your doorstep. Lovely private outside space, king size bed and double sofa bed. Lots of parking right outside the accommodation and access to electric car charging (extra charge applies). Superb self catering accommodation in a central but rural location.
