يقع المنزل في بغداد حي المنصور، شارع الاميرات. جنب السفاره الرومانيه.ويعتبر هذا الحي من افخم مناطق بغداد. ويقع وسط الاسواق والمولات التجاريه، حيث يسكنها التجار والناس المهمين في البلاد، وتوجد اغلب السفارات الاوربيه والشركات العالمية في هذا الحي. وتكون هناك نسبة الامان عاليه جدا. يتكون المنزل من صاله ضيوف ومطبخ وحمام وغرفه نوم. مساحه المنزل تقريباً 50 متر . توجد ايضا حديقه مريحة وواسعه مع جلسه عربيه تراثيه تبعث على الراحه والاسترخاء. ايضا الكهرباء متوفرة 24 ساعه في اليوم. متوفر انترنت مجانا 🌹
