Hello All! We welcome our private hideaway to any guest that is looking for a short term getaway or just passing through the area. The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area. The Old Welding Shop

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful setting. Close to interstate 77 and 40, this rural farm is rustic elegance. With a library for the family and a home theater with classic DVD's, you have plenty to do even on rainy days. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room has a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. The 900 sq. ft. guesthouse you'll stay in, was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.

Whether it be a couple's getaway, special occasion, a quick stop while traveling or scouting out the LKN area, we welcome you! Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.

Get away for a long weekend at our cozy lake house with covered back porch. Enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise over Lake Norman, enjoy an afternoon kayak ride, or roast marshmallows at night as you gaze at the stars! Gas grill, two kayaks, and a canoe for guest use. Swim, fish, boat... or just sit in the swing with a good book! You can be as active (or not active!) as you wish during your vacation here!
