IMPORTANT TO NOTE that due to the open nature of the stairs in the main bedroom and the ladder in the kitchen, that unfortunately the house isn't suitable for children between the age of 1 and 6 years. Solid oak dining table to seat 6. Gas hob, 2 ovens (gas and electric), microwave, warming drawer, double ceramic sink, dish washer, fridge/freezer, pull out ironing board and steam iron. Living Area Open to kitchen. Solid limed oak paraquet flooring. U shaped modular sofa designed especially for the space with movable footstool for serious lounging. Private, sheltered, timber decked courtyard with lounge type garden furniture and barbecue. Main Bedroom Spacious and elegant, with double height ceiling and stairs to private mezzanine. Double bed with high quality mattress, goose down duvet and pillows ( if you have allergies let me know I can change these) and top quality bedding. The room is beautiful at night with an attractive layering of designer lighting ( hotel style double switching from the bed) Limestone flooring and welcome underfloor heating. Limited visitor storage on the mezzanine upstairs. Ensuite bathroom Small but perfectly formed wet room with good shower. Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. Extras *Fresh flowers *Towels, hand towels and bath mats are provided. *Luxury shower gel and hand soap provided in both bathrooms. *Collection of travel books relevant to the area. *A full extensive Victoria Terrace brochure produced just for you! Giving you everything you need to know on the house, the local area, and Dublin City and county. A PDF of this will be emailed to you prior your arrival. *Basic food parcel with local specialties. Entire house and garden Myself or my parents will be there to welcome you and show you around the house. If there's any issues one of us will be only a few minutes away. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. Fancy a yoga class during your visit?...I teach in the studio next door. There's guest yoga mats in the house, and I'll get you a discount if you'd like to join my class. Beautiful garden annex, fully equipped with the luxury of a five star hotel but with the serenity of a retreat experience. I'm proud to say my home was used in Season two of Apple tv's Bad Sister's (Grace's house)if your curious... For Seashell I wanted to create a sense of peace and calm. It is rustically natural where small details echo peace; a shell on a windowsill, a flower in a vase. The bed is a small double so it's intimate. I love considered interiors and styling spaces. It's beachy without being cliche. I hope you find rest and simplicity here. Seashell is tucked into what I believe is a perfect beach.

Restored 200 Year Old Church

Bookeen Hall is a 200 year old restored church about 20 mins from Galway City and within easy reach of the Cliffs of Moher, The Burren and Connemara. We are a short drive from Lignum (restaurant). We offer a private room (with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed) with a private bathroom. For larger groups there is a second room (with 1 king size bed), so we can accommodate up to 5. The nearest train station is 8 miles away in Athenry. We live here with our dogs and look forward to meeting you!

The Lodge is in the centre of Doolin village within walking distance of all pubs, shops and restaurants. The apartment is ideal for families, or for groups of friends travelling together. You have the added comfort of being in the surrounds of the Lodge with access to reception, breakfast dining room and on site staff to meet your needs and help with planning your trips. We also offer a laundry service. Breakfast is available from 8-10am from Easter until October and must be pre booked.
