We are situated in the small town of Blind River. Across from the river, boardwalk and a few minutes from the lake. Our apartment is on the upstairs floor of this historic 1897 home, with private entrance. Designed to ensure your every comfort is met, with space for four. Careful attention to detail, and styling has created a modern luxury suite with brass finishes, hard wood floors, maple cabinetry, chef's kitchen, and plush beds. Stone Castle's Lakefront Cabin, Sauna & Hot tub

#GBJ-0003 Come stay on a beautiful acreage (65 acres) beside our stone house set on a hill overlooking a lake on one side and hills of maple, white pines and limestone cliffs on the other. The cozy 1 bedroom sleep cabin with a hot tub, its own bathroom and kitchenette accommodate our airbnb guests. We have gardens, apple trees, chickens, maple forest we tap, the lake for you to swim and play in with canoes and a sauna, as well as trails to walk in to enjoy nature and the abundant wildlife.

Includes all bedding and towels - dishes and serving utensils - washer and dryer . Miles of trails for ATV’s to run as well. Canoe rentals are close by at the local trading post. Some great fishing opportunities for those who like to wet there line.

Toys, movies and books are available as well. There is a TV with Roku and DVD player (no cable).

Reachable only by canoe, which we supply - no portaging is required. A back-country adventure to a cozy cabin!

The Cedar Rose

Built in 2018, our off-grid cedar cabin is tucked away in a mixed woodland on beautiful Manitoulin Island. It is uniquely decorated with antiques, thrift store finds and handicrafts collected from our travels around the world as far as Africa, Japan, Costa Rica and Canada’s Arctic. Our space is an inviting space to unwind, unplug and wake up to the sounds of the birds after enjoying the stars on a clear night.
