Cozy in Colquitt is the perfect oasis for you to come to browse the unique shops of small-town America, visit family, walk the square, enjoy our local play Swamp Gravy, peruse the murals, and meet gracious Southern people. Built in the 1950s, it was recently restored to bring a unique style that is comfortable yet beautiful for you to enjoy. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (each with private bath), half bath, laundry, sunroom, large open kitchen, plenty of parking. Master (king); guest rooms (queens).

Lakefront house has 4 Large Bedrooms & 2½ Baths. 10 people can comfortably sleep in this spacious 2250 square foot house. You will enjoy a massive fireplace, cathedral ceiling with cypress beams, and a large sun-room offering a wonderful view of the lake, two miles from Seminole State Park & a slip for boats nearby. The lake is perfect for all boating activities including fishing, skiing, and pulling kids on tubes. Pets are welcome. There is a $100 pet fee. Hot tub will be filled and ready!

Cozy Cottage in the Pines

Enjoy a quiet stay just outside of town on a farm! Listen to the breeze whisper through the pines and relax in this peaceful country setting. The cottage is 2 miles north of Cottonwood and is just under 10 miles to The Ross Clark Circle in Dothan. Dothan has a lot to do…..shopping, dining, and entertainment. Also, the cottage is only a few miles from the Florida line and the Georgia line if you’re going there for something fun! WiFi is fast so working from the cottage is easy as well!

Fisherman's Lodge

This 3 bed, 3 bath house on Spring Creek at Lake Seminole is perfect for families or large groups of hunters and fisherman. It can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Located less than a mile from Big Jim's Restaurant and boat ramp. This home has a fully equipped kitchen and two 65-inch TV's with YouTube TV. There is a gas grill outside and a fire pit that is perfect for relaxing evenings. You can dock your boat steps away from the screened in back porch or park it under the carport.
