Located in San Giovanni Suergiu, the vacation home "Casa Giovanna" has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Available amenities include a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. A baby cot is also provided. The vacation home offers a private outdoor area with a garden, a furnished covered terrace and a barbecue.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
