Apartment for rent in the tiny fisher village of Santa Lucia, 7km from Siniscola, about 45 south of Olbia, a few meters from the sea front and a just a few minutes' walk from a long, white sandy beach and a short drive from many other famous ones such as Capo Comino, Berchida, Sa Ena e sa Chita, etc. The village is surrounded by long stretches of pine forest, fields and meadows, hills and mountains at its back, and offers a unique combination of sea, country and village life that is hard to find anywhere else in Sardinia. The house was built in 2010 respecting local character and traditions, and the rooms are decorated in a fresh country style, that will immediately make you feel at home. Inside the house at your disposal are two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen and fireplace, plus a master bathroom and a smaller bathroom 1 room has a double and a single bed and can accomodate 3 1 room has two single beds but a third bed for a little child can be added on demand. When it's hot, the house is cool as it is quite well insulated, has double exposition so that sea air circulates when windows are open and, if all this does not work when it gets really hot, there is airconditioning installed in the living room. However, due to the fact that cost for energy in second homes in Italy are incredibly high, we ask our guests to pay an extra 5 euros a day for using this service. Santa Lucia is the ideal place for families with children, romantic couples, and in general people who like nature and peace, but also wish an authentic Sardinian experience, very different from the one you can have if you spend your holidays in one of the many anonimous places set up by the tourist industry. In fact,if you are not bothered by the artificiality of so called tourist villages and condos and are maybe ready to put up with it in exchange for a dramatic seaview amidst rocks on a cliff, then the village is perhaps not the right place for you. But if you care for mellow surroundings dotted with coark oak, wild olive trees, meadows, pasture land and long stretches of pine forest, village life, grannies dressed in black sitting outside in the shadow during hot days, old fishers playing cards under the pergola of the historical Bar di Agnese, then you will find this unique blend of nature and culture right here. The village is also ideally located 1 km away from the Orientale Sarda (the ancient state road Olbia-Cagliari), so perfect for daily trips in the region, for those who like a more active holiday. In the high season (mid july to mid august) like every other seaside resort in Italy, Santa Lucia gets more crowded and lively (musical events, folk festival, etc.).For a unique experience, however, come to Santa Lucia when not many other tourists are around. The house is now equipped to be warm and cosy in every month of the year (fireplace and heat pump). You will enjoy the calm and peace of the village and give your own special contribution to sustainable tourism, helping this tiny village survive as such. Bicycles for rent and airport pick up at Olbia are available for convenient prices, so are Italian lessons (Tamara is a highly experienced teacher of Italian language to foreigners)

The house is surrounded by marine nature, far from the noise of the city. A beautiful pine forest with one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast just 300 meters from the house. It is possible to get to the beach directly by walking, at 1 km there is La Caletta, the nearest village where you can stock up on food! In the evening the whole area comes alive with lights and music, stalls and shows along the main street of La Caletta where you can admire the typical things of Sardinia. Roberto

Stunning big apartment 100 meters from the beach

Ubicato a soli 100m dalla spiaggia della Caletta di Siniscola,ambita meta estiva grazie alla lunghissima spiaggia cristallina,albe e tramonti mozzafiato e alla vicinanza con l'aereoporto e porto di Olbia.Nei mesi estivi,il centro della Caletta si anima con le bancarelle lungo tutta la via principale,1 minuto a piedi dall'immobile come anche supermercati,bar,ristoranti,pasticceria,chiesa,pescheria,tabacchino e il porto da dove partono giornalmente gite organizzate con motonavi, barche e gommoni.

Monolocale con angolo cottura, bagno con doccia, terrazza vista mare e ingresso indipendente. In collina, a 300 metri dalla spiaggia di La Caletta, gode di una favolosa vista sul mare della costa Orientale della Sardegna. La cucina è piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Sono presenti delle docce esterne con acqua calda. A disposizione degli ospiti anche un'ampia terrazza panoramica dove godersi il sole o un momento di relax. Luminoso appartamento al primo primo piano della villa familiare situata nella pineta davanti a una piccola baia alla quale si accede direttamente dal giardino. Una location unica in un angolo di paradiso ,siamo nello splendido golfo di Orosei Avviso da Aprile 2023 il comune di Orosei ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno di €1 al giorno a persona con età superiore ai 12 anni.
