Apartment "Braunschweig"

Come enjoy the atmosphere of a typical quaint village in Lower Saxony’s rolling hills in a cozy apartment with charming exposed timber framing and an edge of modern design. The apartment is located inside a larger home that was built over 360 years ago in the village of Heiligendorf founded in 1153. Heiligendorf is part of Wolfsburg where Volkswagen is based. Staying at The Stork’s Nest will give you the feeling of being transported back in time, but you will also have all of the luxuries of present times and there’s so much to offer in the surrounding area! The apartment was recently completely renovated and has a new fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery included) and it is clean, cheerful and comfortable. There is also a living room with a T.V. There is one bedroom with a new 180 x 200 sized bed, and the sofa in the living room is also a bed when needed. A full private bathroom is included in the apartment. If needed there is also a wash machine and drying rack (no dryer) in the house’s common space. Since the home is over 360 years old, keep an eye out for the low doorways, because people in the past were generally smaller than today. The views from the windows showcase the typical red tiled roofs and the neighboring timber-framed houses and barns. You can feel the rural character with chickens clucking, neighing horses and see storks fly and nest nearby. Just when you think you are back in history, you can easily find cutting edge sightseeing and learning nearby at the Volkswagen’s Autostadt or the Phæno Science Museum. There are excellent exhibitions of new and old artwork at the Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg. In downtown Wolfsburg there is plenty of shopping with a full enclosed mall and a Designer Outlet center! This area has the best of the old world and the new blended together! For breakfast you can visit the village bakery about 180 meters from the apartment and for basic needs there is also a Netto grocery store only 240 meters away. By bus or car is a large shopping center including a Real, Media Markt and more (4.7 miles). If you’d like to stay closeby to the apartment, the village of Heiligendorf has a riding stable called Welkensiek. There are many recently paved bike paths to all the neighboring villages and to Wolfsburg and Braunschweig along with walking and hiking trails if you want to explore. If you’d like to venture out with public transportation the nearest bus stop is 70 meters away. From the apartment you will be: 10 minutes from downtown Wolfsburg (11.3 miles) 20 minutes from downtown Braunschweig (23 miles) 50 minutes away from the Harz Mountains (73 km) 1 hour from downtown Hannover (85 km)

The apartment combines the charm of a historic building with modern amenities. The open-plan living and dining area is tastefully furnished and invites you to relax. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. With a double bed in the bedroom and the pull-out sofa bed, the apartment offers comfortable accommodation throughout. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and offer beautiful views of an impressive 13th century Gothic church with its striking towers and historic details and parts of the city center. Sleeping arrangements: A bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, both always equipped with fresh bed linen, offer comfortable overnight accommodation throughout. Location: Our apartment is in a prime location, just a few minutes' walk from the main sights, restaurants, cafés and shops. Explore the historic half-timbered houses, visit Braunschweig Castle or enjoy a walk in the nearby parks.

Diese kleine, aber sehr gemütliche Whg. ist perfekt für kleine Familien oder Paare (gern mit Haustier). Eingerichtet mit wirklich ALLEM, was ihr fürs Leben mit Kindern braucht Am Dorfrand gelegen, mit Anbindung ans nebenstehende Mehrgenerationenhaus, ist die Whg. auch Aussen ein Paradies für Kinder, Hundeliebhaber, und Naturfreunde. Hier könnt ihr freitags am wuseligen Mehrgenerationenmittagessen teilnehmen, oder einfach, ganz entspannt auf eurer Terrasse die Störche beim Landeanflug beobachten.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung

Die Unterkunft bietet Euch eine gehobene Ausstattung mit einer Einbauküche und Allem was man zum Leben und Entspannen braucht. Ein Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime Video sowie WLAN sind verfügbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Bungalow direkt an einem riesigen Wald der zum Spazieren einlädt. In die City oder ins VW Werk beträgt die Fahrtzeit unter 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf, wie Bäcker oder Supermärkte, sind fussläufig erreichbar. Herzlich Willkommen!

Dein gemütliches und modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage von Wolfsburg wartet auf dich. Dein Apartment ist voll ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Es besticht nicht nur durch die hochwertige Ausstattung, sondern auch durch die zentrale Lage in Detmerode. In wenigen Minuten erreichst du mit dem Auto oder dem Bus die Innenstadt von Wolfsburg sowie das Volkswagen Werk. Der idyllische Wald liegt direkt vor deiner Haustür und lädt zu Spaziergängen durch die ruhige Nachbarschaft ein.

Unterkunft nicht weit von VW

Nette zweckmäßige Unterkunft für einige Zeit nahe Wolfsburg. Ein eigenes Bad, Fernsehen und Internet lassen auch längere Aufenthalte zu, vor allem ist die Wohneinheit abgeschlossen und es muss kein Zimmer geteilt werden. Eine Küche ist nicht vorhanden, aber ein Wasserkocher, und eine Kühlbox sowie Tassen . Die Lüneburger Heide liegt auch in der Nähe. Waschmöglichkeit besteht im gemeinsamen Keller mit elektrischem Wäschetrockner. Parken ist unproblematisch vor dem Haus.
