The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

Una splendida vista mare mozzafiato sulla cala e sulle isole del Giglio e di Giannutri, vi accoglierà al vostro arrivo in una terrazza attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, divano con poltroncine e sdraio da esterno per passare i vostri momenti conviviali e di relax. La sera, sulla terrazza sotto le stelle, è un momento unico per godersi il mare ed il cielo splendido dell'Argentario. Ideale per una coppia con uno o massimo due bambini.

Appartamento al mare di Porto S. Stefano

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano (senza uso di ascensore) di un palazzo vicino al porto e vicino a tutti i servizi; è arioso e confortevole, adatto a soggiorni brevissimi ma anche prolungati. È un buon punto di partenza per raggiungere ogni luogo del paese a piedi, anche alcune spiagge. Vicinissimo l'imbarco per le isole di Giglio e Giannutri. Offriamo ai nostri ospiti la possibilità di parcheggiare a 5 euro al giorno nel grande parcheggio pubblico a due passi dall' appartamento

La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.
