Welcome to our delightful little guest house. At the Yellow House we aim to make you feel like you are at home away from home. We are conveniently located 5 minutes away from ‘Leonardo da Vinci’ International airport and you can be in the centre of Rome within 30 minutes. We have a range of fully air conditioned en-suite rooms to suit all your needs. All our rooms are equipped with an LCD TV and WI-FI with kettles, minifridges and breakfast tray. Other facilities include an on-site parking. And should you require we also have a taxi and shuttle service between the guest house and the airport. Are available to guests in the common area, the coffee machine, the kettle for tea or herbal teas, with a wide choice of different essences, the free minibar with drinks and fruit juices available, sparkling water or natural purified and a basket with seasonal fruit. On the sideboard there will also be excellent homemade desserts.

You will have a comfortable room with a double bed, private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. You can enjoy a drink on your small, exclusive-use balcony. You will have free wi-fi, smart TV and air conditioning. The B&B is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. Breakfast is included with packaged products and drinks (according to regional B&B law).

We provide a private space more than just a room. At disposal there is a spacious double room with a king bed, a large table with three chairs, a comfortable armchair, bathroom with shower, a corner for breakfast equipped with frigo, coffe machine and boiler, a little garden with flowers.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
