Il monolocale si trova in una palazzina storica nel cuore della citta' ed e' appena stato ristrutturato. Arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort neccessari. Situato al secondo piano con ascensore, luminoso e accogliente con terrazzino vista parco. Dista 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Unita' d' Italia. Nei pressi c'e' la possibilita' di lasciare la macchina a pagamento nel "Park San Giusto". Da giugno '18 è previsto il pagamento in loco della tassa di soggiorno pari a 2 euro ad adulto al giorno

Garden Lounge Apartment

Studio for 2 persons with bathroom, kitchen and a lovely garden in front, for your cozy breakfasts or evening drinks listening to the birds chirping surrounded with greenery. Garden provided with barbecue set. The studio is situated at the back of the house, very peaceful and away from the street. Furry friends are welcome. The nearest beach is at 750m distance (less than 10 min walk). Supermarket, various restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, public laundry all situated within short walking distance.

Hey Rovinj is a spacious & chic stone guest house, which was built in the 16th century, with unique atmosphere and hospitality. The house contains four cozy studios and two individual rooms, all with mid-century modern furnishings and Istrian design touch. Near the Basilica of St. Euphemia and Balbi’s Arch from 1679. Si tratta di un appartamento di 20m2 composto da una piccola camera matrimoniale, bagno e zona giorno con divano letto. L'alloggio è molto particolare, con mobili pensati a rendere utili tutti gli spazi. Nelle vicinanze si trova una lavanderia a gettoni, una pasticceria, due supermercati e una farmacia. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in autobus.

The seaside walk is 12 km long scattered sparks with pebbles and sea-leveled rocks, beaches with possibility to rent paddle boards, water ski and canoe.
