Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Galeria Cornelia- Istrian House / Heated POOL

You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Soline Bungalov

Bungalov is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Park Forest Soline in Pjescana Uvala, located about 5 km from the center of Pula. There is 900 meters of macadam (because there can't be asphalt in park forest) that leeds to the house, so it is good to come with a car. 20m2 bungalov with one bed for two, little kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful garden with a BBQ and outdoors seating area. 300 meters to the first beach. Nice, peace and quiet. Come to us and let the birds wake you up :-)

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Quiet and sweet house Vrsar (garden +parking)

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Marinavita - a floating house

At the more exclusive end of the pontoon, in the renowned yacht marina of Portoroz, floats Marinavita. Awake with the sun slanting through the bed room window. Throw open the curtains and watch the yachts - just meters away from you - going for a sail. Open the sun shades on the roof terrace and have breakfast enjoying the 360° view. All around in Portorož and beyond, there is a sea of opportunities to spend a perfect holiday at any time of the year

Novouređeni apartman Marija nalazi se 250 m od centra mjesta Barban. Kuća je samostojeća sa privatnim ograđenim dvorištem i parkiralištem, uređenim vrtom za ugodan boravak i opuštanje, terasom. Apartman ima 40 kvadratnih metara i sastoji se od kompletno opremljene kuhinje sa sofom na razvlačenje, tv, satelit, internet,klima uređaj, spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetom i kupaonice. Apartman Marija pruža vam miran i ugodan boravak

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Stone House Mate

Detached stone house Mate for 2 persons. It has one sleeping room, kitchen, toalet and, a balcony. It's an ideal escape from the city, also perfect for recreational athletes. There is a possibility of storing sport equipment. Rovinj village is located near city of Rovinj and it's a few minutes away by car. In the village it's the best to do everything by walk.

Amazing house, nice and peaceful, ideal for chilling-out overlooking the sea and the city at your feet! Large terrace witn an open kitchen gives it a real charm. The garden is well kept and maintained with special care. It is the Old City Centre but within a residential area!
