Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Quiet and sweet house Vrsar (garden +parking)

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space and pet is allowed. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Tiny house "Milklady"

In the middle of the vineyards with a wonderful view are located the tiny houses organized as a camping place. The tiny houses are dedicated to Istrian women called Savrinke and are furnished with original furniture from the last century. In each house you will get to know about Istria, its history and cultural heritage. It is located in the village of Truške, which is 13 km away from Koper.

The house is all in new furniture,in a retro-modern stile. It have one space that includes a doblebed,sofa,kitchen,dining room and a bathroom in the other room.It is so calm that you can hear only the birds and the crickets.The garden is realy lovely

Studio Apartment Cami - cottage with a soul

Built in an authentic Istrian style with elements of modern. Size of 28 m2, it consists of a living room used for cooking and sleeping adorned with the typical istrian fireplace, and of toilette with shower bath.
