Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Our open-concept kitchen with an island is equipped with the basics for your cooking needs after a trip to the Farmers Market for fresh produce.

Nestled in a grove of Norwegian spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

This private flat occupies an entire lower level of the house and includes all new finishings, new mattress, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry. Just 4 miles from Cornell and 5 miles from downtown Ithaca/Ithaca College, this is a popular stay for parents visiting children at college, attending special events, or for an adventurous or relaxing getaway in nature. This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
