Villa Aτos is a sea front villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the most picturesque village of Kefalonia named Assos. Assos is one of the must-sees due to its harmonic mixture of picturesque elements. It's located on the hill of the small Erissos peninsula. This small village is a hidden, artistically beautiful place that will provide you with a very relaxing experience and is worth visiting! The villa has 3 levels. On the first level there are two master bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the second level you can find the living room, one bathroom, a dining room, kitchen and a terrace with additional living and dining area with amazing sea views. On the third level there is a bathroom and two bedrooms.

Meraki

Το Μεράκι είναι ένα μοναδικό διαμέρισμα (35m2) που βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το κέντρο. Έχουμε φτιάξει το διαμέρισμά μας με "μεράκι" και προσοχή έτσι ώστε να σας προσφέρει τα πάντα για μία άνετη διαμονή. Οι παροχές του διαμερίσματος είναι: δωρεάν Wi-Fi, smart TV, πλυντήριο ρούχων, πλήρες εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο, ντουζιέρα, 1 διπλό κερβάτι, καναπές-κρεβάτι(υψηλής άνεσης), ιδιωτική μεγάλη αυλή. Ένας ενιαίος, ισόγειος, ευρύχωρος χώρος 45 περίπου τμ, με έντονα στοιχεία πέτρας και ξύλου και με διακόσμηση από την παλιά Ιθάκη. Διαθέτει μία περιφραγμένη αυλή χωρίς θέα. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο κέντρο του Βαθέως και σε απόσταση περίπου 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια υπάρχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης κατά την διαμονή του.
