General Info Kandiliotika is a much-loved island home in a magical setting, whatever the season. The small house, which sleep 3 people, has been carefully restored and joined together and it is not only comfortable but stylishly and artistically furnished. The house sits on the side of Mount Neritos, completely surrounded by terraces of trees, and the stillness is only broken by goat bells that float on the air, cicadas that rattle, and the sea that murmurs just below. The position of the house offers dramatic views and breathtaking sunsets, and Kandiliotika is perfect for those looking for a hidden retreat for painting, writing, composing, yoga, snorkelling, swimming, reading, relaxation and renewal. Ithaca is a beautiful, rugged and untouched place which welcomes visitors with its simple pleasures. Details on the area surrounding the property/accommodation The island is dramatically beautiful, rugged, relatively undeveloped, green and mountainous with steep blue indented bays and charming little harbours. It’s a small workaday place, never a land of plenty, and even its gradual tourism has not really stemmed the de-population. But it has magnetism, a natural grace, and an energy-giving power which draws in those who need renewal, uplift and inspiration in their lives. Don’t miss a climb at sunset above Exoghi (Out of Earth) to the monastery on the summit, to witness the 360 degree view across the shipping-routes and islands of this archipelago. Ithaca is just a short boat ride from Cephalonia which is just as beautiful and well worth a visit. You will need a car. Nearest beach and and shopping area 3 minutes drive.

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Άνετο σπιτι για μία οικογένεια , με δύο υπνοδωμάτια , με μπαλκονάκια στο μπροστινό μερος και με χώρο στην πίση αυλή , 15 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και 100 μέτρα απο το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού .Στα 15 μέτρα απόσταση έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο με πλυντήρια για ρούχα.

Το “Captain’s house” είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στην παραλία του κέντρου της Σάμης της Κεφαλονιάς, με εξαιρετική θέα, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και κοντά στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται επίσης κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σε καφετέριες και μπαρ. Σημείωση: Υπάρχει σκάλα που ανεβαίνεις στον δεύτερο όροφο όπου βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα.
