Wir haben ein kleines aber feines Appartement in einer sehr ruhigen Einheimischen Wohngegend von Oberndorf neu renoviert, und für euch hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Ideale Lage zum Schi fahren und Wandern. Das Schigebiet St.Johann, Kitzbühel ist schnell erreichbar. Durch den Separaten Eingang seit ihr vollkommen unabhängig. Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Dieses ganz private Apartment im ruhigen Kurort Bad Häring ist das ganze Jahr über ein idealer Ausgangspunkt und bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Skigebiete wie die SkiWelt, Skijuwel oder Zillertal sowie das ganze Wandergebiet rund um den wilden und zahmen Kaiser sind leicht erreichbar. Auch mit den Öffis kommt man überall gut hin. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Appartement ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten, von Skifahren über Rodeln, Wandern, Baden oder einfach zum Entspannen in unserer wunderbaren Bergwelt.

Nani's Nest

Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It offers you a cosy living area, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer >> Splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

Ruhige, gemütliche eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Ferienwohnung Oberhausberg

HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN im Haus OBERHAUSBERG! Unsere gemütliche Dachgeschoss- Ferienwohnung auf 1.000m Seehöhe in Niederau, bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen und ist mit 1 gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeit, 1 Küche, 1 seperaten Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer, sowie einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet. Da sich unser Haus auf einem Berg befindet, ist ein Auto klar von Vorteil. Natürlich kommt man auch zu Fuß gut hoch, muss aber pro Strecke sicher 30-45min einrechnen

The bathroom is a private spa, and the balcony immerses you in the alpine oasis. Why the name "Alpine Forest"? The Kitzbühel Alps are outside, and the woods of the Alps are inside: cherry, alder, beech, spruce, ash, oak, pine – the table, the bed, all handcrafted.
