Villa Lapidea is located in the idyllic Jagodna bay between Sveta Nedjelja and Ivan Dolac. It is only 200 meters away from a beautiful pebble beach with crystal clear sea. If you want to be surrounded by nature, away from the noise, comfortably located in the shade of a huge terrace with a stunning sea view with a glass of excellent wine, you have come to the right place. Villa Lapidea is especially suitable for families with children. You will feel that the whole house is just for yourself.

Newly Renovated Apartment in Hvar Old Town

Located in the heart of Hvar, just behind St. Stephen’s Cathedral, this newly redesigned apartment offers a prime central location with step-free access from the port to the house. The apartment is on the first floor. Fully renovated in 2026, this modern 58 m² apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a Smart TV in every room. Restaurants, cafés, and historic sights are all within walking distance, while the apartment remains peaceful and private.

This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

The seaside cottage is constantly being renovated and is now available for up to 4 people with one large bedroom that includes two beds. There is a kitchen equipped with cooking station, fridge, all sorts of cookware, pans, kitchen tools and running hot water. The bathroom has been renovated and it has hot water whole year. Distance from the sea is only 20m.

The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
