Master bedroom has a seating area, attached bath, walk in closet. The 2 other rooms share a bath. Kitchen newly built upstairs specifically for the 3 upstairs rooms. This is a very safe neighborhood in a newly built community. Close to Sequoia National Park. Everything is as you see in the pics, but it's a must see in person!

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! Kings Canyon: hour to entrance gate Sequoia: hour and a half to Giant Sequoia Trees Due to safety reasons we do not allow children of any ages at the treehouse. Please do not ask for exceptions.
