Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Diseño moderno y espacioso. Mucho espacio para que guarde todas sus compras y parqueo amplio para vehículos grandes ó hasta 3 vehículos livianos. Estamos a tan solo 500 metros de COSEVI donde se realizan las pruebas de manejo para sacar licencia.

Nuestra ubicación se sitúa a 1.7 km (camino asfaltado) de la carretera Interamericana Sur,El Depósito Libre de Golfito y los comercios de Paso Canoas están a 35 minutos en vehículo. La propiedad cuenta con proximidad a supermercados, restaurantes, centro de salud y estación de servicio, además de acceso directo a calle asfaltada. A 6 minutos se ubican COSEVI la estación donde se realiza las pruebas de manejo y la terminal de Tracopa(Buses). Ofrecemos amplio estacionamiento para dos vehículos.
