Our 2-story log cabin (approx. 1,700 sq. ft.) provides plenty of outdoor refreshment with a spacious front porch and back deck with a dual gas/charcoal grill, balcony, wooden swing, and a firepit with plenty of cut firewood. It sits within a private holler on 105 acres along the edge of the Daniel Boone National Forest. The rustic-chic decor inside combines antique furnishings, repurposed barn wood paneling, unique lighting, electric fireplace, and a claw-footed tub amidst modern conveniences.

This country cottage style home is perfect for family or small group get aways. Plenty of space for creatives, explorers, home chefs, nature lovers, or simply enjoying star gazing and the peace and quiet. Enjoy the woods surrounded yard, fire pit, large deck, or explore nearby scenic Flat Lick Falls, Red River Gorge, and Natural Bridge State Park. Cook up your favorite meals in the spacious kitchen or eat out and tour one of the nearby small towns such as Berea, Richmond, Slade, or London.

02 - Treetop Flyer Treehouse

The Treetop Flyer is a small, private, one-room treehouse with a loft, propane fireplace, window AC, wrap-around porch, lower deck, propane grill, and nearby fire pit. There is NO PLUMBING, but we provide a jug of spring water for drinking and there's an outhouse at the base of the stairs. The farm also has a centrally located Community Farmhouse and a seasonal Bath House which are shared with other guests on the farm. NO PETS or ESAs - NO EXCEPTIONS. Free EV charging. 01 - The Wabi Sabi Studio

The Wabi Sabi Studio is an eclectic and art-filled 700 sq. ft. cabin with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Floor to ceiling windows overlook a meandering creek, forested hills, and HomeGrown HideAways, a hundred-acre farm, campground, and event facility. The resident cat, Glenda, won't be much company since she is very shy, but you may catch sight of her if you're lucky. Guests have complete access to the farm, including the rugged 1.5 mile hiking trail. TWO PEOPLE MAXIMUM. NO CHILDREN. NO PETS.

Mountain Dream Cabin -Fish Pond+Fenced Yard+Stalls

This pet-friendly retreat features a fenced yard and space for trailer parking, plus four horse stalls available upon request. Built in 1894, by the Lakes family, it has a romantic, rustic and nostalgic feel. If you are a history buff, interested in Appalachian culture, or just want a charming, outdoorsy and secluded getaway, this cabin is for you. This beautiful cabin has river front access and access to the S-Tree trails. Also has plenty of parking for trailers, etc. Did we mention the large pavillion with fireplace?
