The 136 acre all-sports lake is surrounded by rolling, tree covered hills. The cottage is 10 minutes away from Chelsea, 20 minutes from Jackson, and 25 minutes from Ann Arbor. Waterloo cottage is newly remodeled with three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Rents weekly Summer- Sat to Sat and Two Day Rentals in other Months.

The country concert Faster Horses and Michigan International Speedway are minutes away as well. Check out the nearby wineries and trails.

The entire home has been remodeled and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The open floor plan provides beautiful views of the lake - sometimes you may feel that you are ON a boat! Bring your boat or enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards to explore this peaceful lake. There is a nice sandbar a short paddle from the house. *“Half” bedroom is a loft bed on second floor.

Has blow dryer, curling irons and linens. I also have floats, noodles, pack n play, games and puzzles.

Sitting on two lots our cottage most definitely has room for activities, and plenty of parking. Extremely shallow walk-in lake access allows for even the littlest one to splash around safely. Our open dock spaces, and a boat launch right next door allow you to rent or bring your own boat or PWC without the worry where to dock. A lakeside fire pit also ensures a great evening ambience

Year round the hot tub is ready for you to enjoy, summer, winter, spring & fall. If there’s a chill, how about a hot drink by the indoor gas fireplace or fire pit? The sunroom heat lamp is perfect for your morning coffee . 3 Wineries and many walking trails, parks and museums locally. UM football fans -just 30 miles to the Big House. We have dog-friendly accommodations including a dog bed and waste bins. Ask about our Paddle/Electic red boat, May-Oct (billed separately).

Upstairs kids gameroom loft with 4 built-in bunks! Hike or bike the 7 mile Spirit Trail around the lake. Short 1/4 mile walk to the Eagles Nest restaurant and to Eagle Point Marina for boat and jet ski rentals. Kayaks, paddleboards and paddleboat included!

Simply put, our cottage is second to none. Live simply in our two story cottage on the lake while enjoying the warm summer breeze. Read a book in the hammock while your sun kissed skin stings with aloe. Enjoy a nice swim in the lake or sit at the dinner table with your computer working away in a new environment just different enough to break up the monotony of the “work from home” model we are all so very tired of.
