This property is the perfect destination for a relaxing retreat or a fun-filled day on the water. Located on a quiet 80-acre spring-fed lake, the possibilities are endless. Guests have access to 2 fishing kayaks, 1 paddle board, and a private dock with a new swim/fishing platform at the end. The fishing is excellent! In the evening, enjoy a fire while watching the sunset hit the water. After a fun day outside, unwind with a 65-inch TV and surround sound for a movie night. 10% weekly discount

Only an hour away from Ann Arbor/Kalamazoo or 30 minutes from Marshall. Falling Waters Trail, a 10 mile paved trail connecting Concord to Jackson, is 5 miles away.

Enjoy our hot tub all year long. Canal views with free access to pedal boat, SUPs, and kayak. Relax by the indoor gas fireplace or fire pit. Guest rave about nearby wineries and walking trails. UM football : 30 miles to the Big House. Equestrians- Waterloo Hunt: 9 miles. We offer dog-friendly accommodations (pet fee required). Want a pontoon to explore the lake? Come relax in the Zen Den!!!! Located on Big Wolf Lake off the main lake on a cute little canal. Lots of wildlife to watch and beautiful flowers to enjoy. Two nice sized decks to hang out on. Located on a dead-end road lots of peace and quiet. The house is newly remodeled with the exception of the kitchen everything is brand new. The house is in Napoleon located 19 minutes from MIS Speed way in Brooklynn, 10 minutes to Michigan Center, and about 15 minutes to Jackson.
