1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

Enjoy all the amenities within walking distance of the charming historic McDonough Square! So many shops and restaurants to choose from! This 1940’s home has been fully renovated, including a gas fireplace and 36 inch gas stove. Sit outside in the screened porch. Only 10 minutes from Southern Belle Farm, 20 minutes to the Motor Speedway, 30 minutes to the Atlanta airport.
