Enjoy delicious food while spending time in the neighborhood or stop by the Farmer's Market Citi bike & subway stops (1, B, C lines) in a block. 2 & 3 are a short walk away. Includes kitchenette (fridge, coffee, microwave, hotplate, toaster), bedroom & a den w/ a futon. Bathroom includes shower, tub, heated floors. NO SMOKING or PARTIES.

The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. I hope my guest(s) feel like home in my place. I am present in the home with my guest(s) and I am ready to help with questions about NYC; transportation and museums etc.

Outside, you are merely steps to the Central Park, subway station to B/C trains, and short walk to many dining, cafe and shopping options. The Museum Mile is a walk through park and Lincoln Center is close by. Free WiFi, smart TV, heating & A/C.

1892 Brownstone on Landmarked Block

Stay in a beautifully restored brownstone near Central Park. We own and live on the lower two floors; guest rooms are on the third floor. THIS IS A SHARED ACCOMODATION. Guests are welcome to use our Kitchen, but there is a microwave and small fridge in the guest room. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and one small room with a twin bed. Please note that the small twin bedroom is accessed from the queen bedroom. One private bath shared by all three bedrooms. The floor is totally private.

Church view bedroom in Harlem brownstone

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Your studio apartment is on 2nd floor with private balcony. Private parking space can be reserved for $15/night/cash. 24/7 safe area with bus stop steps away. 4 frequently NJ transit bus lines running from us to Port Authority bus terminal which is Time Square in about 30 minutes Not fit for light sleepers.

It also features remote controlled AC/heat and shares a bathroom in the hallway. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy the many local parks places to go, like Socrates Sculpture Park, and Roosevelt Island. Close to trains and buses. I am always available as I live in the unit.
