Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

A brand new city villa with a swimming pool designed for your maximum comfort and pleasure.The location of the villa is the perfect combination of the tranquility of a countryside and the proximity of the center of the 3000 years old city of Pula.The house can accomodate 6-8 people and it consists of a ground floor with the kitchen and dining area with direct access to the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool,living room and bathroom, and the upper floor with 3 bedrooms each with its own bath.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Apartment is located in a family house, on the ground floor with its own garden with a sea view. In the garden there is a terrace with barbecue, deckchairs and an outdoor shower. The house is equipped with a baby bed and a baby feeder. You do not need to use a car to go to the beach because a beautiful pebble beach is 200 meters from the apartment.
