Prostor je uređen u modernom rustikalnom stilu, inspiriran tradicionalnim istarskim konobama, s pažljivo odabranim detaljima koji stvaraju toplu i ugodnu atmosferu. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. House Katarina – Private Heated Swimming Pool

Modern family home in a prime location, just 150 m from Uvala Soline beach. Offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed for 2 guests. The city centre is 2.5 km away with good bus connections. Outside features a deck with BBQ and lounge area, private yard with swing, and a private heated pool (7x3 m, built 2023) with sunbeds. The pool is heated for added comfort, up to 26°C. Private parking for 2 cars.
