Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Apartment is located in the city center, in the pedestrian zone, on top of the hill next to Fortress of St. Michaels. Access to the building is possible only by stairs, so the apartment can only be reached on foot and apartment does not have its own parking. That's why we have a quiet garden without traffic noise, where it's a real pleasure to start or finish your day. My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
