Kuća je udaljena 2 km od svih sadržaja.Nalazi se u središnjoj Istri, što je čini izvrsnim polazištem za istraživanje cijelog poluotoka. Natkriveni parking za 2 auta.

For us, it is not just a house, but a place filled with stories, warmth, and soul — a place we are happy to share with you. Surrounded by nature, with a private pool and close to the sea, it is perfect for families and their pets. Pure Entspannung im istrischen Hinterland! Die Villa liegt in vollkommener Idylle und Ruhe, im eigenen Eichenwald (1Ha) auf einem Hügel. Fernab vom "Mainstream" und den "Massen", und doch nicht weit. Beliebte Ausflugsziele, sowie das Meer können mit dem Pkw problemlos erreicht werden. Innen- und Aussenbereiche wurden konzipiert um 8 Erwachsenen und 1-2 Kindern einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu beschweren (2WZ, 4 SZ, ensuite Bädern, großer Pool, Sonnendecks, Spielplatz). Hunde sind willkommen.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.
