Exclusive use of the second-floor private 2-bedroom apartment features 2 queen/full-sized beds, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom - perfect for a relaxing stay. In accordance with New York City regulations, the host is present on the first floor of the building for the duration of the guest’s stay. Our home is located a few blocks from Marine Park, offering easy access to green space and outdoor recreation

The perfect getaway for 2 guests (# of guests must be indicated on rez). The beautiful beachy space is close to the Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.
