A brand new cottage tucked away on the west end of Negril. We have 3 cottages on the property. This custom cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, Large living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a smart TV in the livingroom, we Do have cable and we have strong reliable Wi-Fi, so you can enjoy watching Netflix or youtube. No A/C but has plenty of windows for that cool breeze. Everything is close by, we are right across the street from Coral Seas on the Cliff & close to Rock House Hotel.

Welcome to the west end. The Cliff side; to our 5 likkle cottages in Negril. We call this upstairs rental Soursop Cottage and it boasts a king size bed and twin size bed in the porch. It’s like a birds nest up there in the trees and views back and out over the whole yaad. We are close to Ricks. You can walk there in 30 minutes. It’s about a 15 minute drive to seven mile beach. Our cottage comes with a kitchenette, a private balcony, and a queen-sized bed. Our property has a pool, clubhouse (Playstation 5, 55" TV for Netflix, BBQ, Table Tennis, Variety of Board Games), and communal kitchen. The cottage also comes with all necessities for cooking.

In addition to the fully furnished bedrooms and kitchen guests can find a soothing escape by chilling at the tree gazebo nestled above a passing stream or burn some calories on the tennis court.
