We have just finished refurbishing this self-contained cottage. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the centre of a rural village so is very quiet. Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Northerly aspect so drenched in sun but fully insulated to keep you cosy on chilly nights. Off street car parking.

The Birdhouse is a private quiet and green 4 bedroom rainforest retreat, 12 mins from Jamberoo village, nestled between Southern Highlands and South Coast. Relax after visiting Jamberoo Action Park, Kiama beaches, vineyards or cycling scenic mountain roads. Enjoy the cosy wood burning fire, large gravelled basketball area, lots of space for the kids and a patio overlooking green lawn. Sleeps 8 adults, plus there are 2 extra top bunks suitable for children. Family friendly house. Note no Wifi.

It is surrounded by lush rolling dairy pastures yet is only four minutes drive to Kiama township and the stunning beaches of Kiama . The ambient surrounds will relax and delight you in this home away from home.We are a pet friendly home with a fully fenced garden which allows your pets to be safe and happy here. Complete with a stunning outdoor pool

Yallah Hideaway

Yallah Hideaway is a detached guesthouse on acreage. Access to beaches, golf courses, Wollongong, Illawarra and Southern Highlands. Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries or simply sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts! Your off-grid venture awaits – This is not your normal hotel stay!!

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

Falls Cottage, in the rainforest at Jamberoo

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .

Lush paddocks, friendly cows, duck pond, a working farm set on 20 acres so plenty of room for walks but only 2 minutes drive to Gerringong shops and the beach. Perfect for a beach or rural escape or just sit and read a book on the sun drenched verandas. Suitable for wheelchair access and for children.
