Family size air b&b by the sea

It's a bright spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 sq ft main floor of our house . We're a two minute walk to the ocean to launch a kayak or just picnicking . Or a 5 min walk to the James island wharf to drop a crab trap for dinner . There's ample parking for two guest vehicles . Jen and I love looking after the yard and gardens . We live in the suite below with our own entrance at the back . Your back patio with bbq overlooks the gardens and fruit trees . We're pretty sure you'll like it .😊

Your alive you may as well live. Home is a walk to Butchart Gardens, hiking trails, town centre, ocean, and a short drive to International Airport, Bc Ferries, and lakes. A well designed romantic home that is located in a relaxed safe country environment. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is Country Living in a private residence, a luxury cottage, with a pool table, in a park like setting. Public transportation very close.

You'll have an amazing stay at this newly renovated inner city oasis. This beautiful 1/4 property features private dock, hot tub, BBQ, fireplace, kayaks, and access to amazing fishing. With southern full sun exposure. The home has two basement suites with the caretaker living in one of them. The yard and common areas will only be accessed for maintenance. The house comes with 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 2 bath sleeping up to 6. The views of the lake from within the house are breathe taking.
