This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

Its many windows provide calming natural light, and its open floor plan makes it amenable for both romantic weekend getaways and family gatherings. This apartment is within walking distance of both Cedarville University (0.25 miles) and the Cedarville business district (0.5 miles). The apartment features a small kitchenette and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people.

CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).
