This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. This guest townhouse is in the heart of the Oregon District, right next to all of Dayton’s best food & nightlife/events! The space is quaint and perfect for groups of 1-4, in a historic neighborhood, and incredible for quaint getaway. Please be aware that the other side of the home is also rented for guests, so while the spaces are completely separate, you may hear noise from other bookings. If you are visiting your child at Cedarville University (CU) or looking to jump on the Bike Trail for a beautiful day ride, this is the place for you! CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).
