Nestled amongst the native tree on a spacious 1 acre block (shared with the host residence - separate private dwellings), its simplicity at its best. Enjoy a beer whilst cooking on the BBQ, play pool or take a short walk to Swell café for a big brekky. Carefree, no stress, a great place to reset and relax.

Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Built in the 70s, the newly renovated stone Inn, is the perfect place to enjoy the ships pass by on bass strait. The Winki Inn is walking distance of the Bells Beach surfing reserve and the clifftop costal track. The tranquil property is a five-minute drive from Torquay.
