Welcome to Riverview Retreat. No matter what time of year you stay, you will be immersed in nature in this spot on a secluded, private 21-acre property. Wildflowers bloom in spring, summer and fall and you can see deer in the nearby woods. This site is a short walk to the Shell Rock River. Enjoy music on the outside speaker, cook on the grill or firepit provided and eat dinner on the picnic table. Honeybee Cottage is located next to our own beach/lake & 140 acres of beautifully groomed public nature trails. It is creatively decorated & full of amenities, including a coffee/tea bar. Make use of the games/books/DVDs that are provided. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike or mountain bike in the trails, nap on the porch, fish for bluegills in our lake, race the pig, skip rocks/canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze the evening sky!

Swanky Downtown Loft

Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

Gilbert & Co.

This space is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with laundry, kitchen, dining room and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. Kitchen and Dining Room on main floor. We are located on 9 acres just inside the city limits of Cedar Falls. Just 1 1/2 miles west of the University of Northern Iowa Campus. We are located 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more! Please book by number of people staying over in the Airbnb as the price goes up by number of people staying.

Cushion Cabins East

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

The Barn

The Barn is a private apartment in the upper level of our barn, with a separate entrance. The beautifully decorated space includes living & dining room, a kitchenette, bath, and two bedrooms. Our acreage is nestled on 4 acres on the edge of town surrounded by farm fields. Where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the amazing sunrises or have a night cap with the cool breeze on the back deck and stargaze the evening sky. Lots to do! NO PET RENTAL
