Hakuba Arboretum is a beautiful, 3-bedroom luxury chalet located in the Misorano area close to Echoland, which is just a few minutes walk away. The house is nestled in the forest and surrounded on all sides by trees. The elevated second-floor living/dining/kitchen area has a vaulted ceiling, and high windows offering stunning views of the surrounding forest and mountains. The chalet sleeps up to 6 guests in comfort in the three bedrooms downstairs, and has two bathrooms and a ski/utility room.

Kuri Chalet is suited for a couple or a family of 4. Located between Suginohara & Ikenotaira ski resorts. The open plan area on the second floor, gives access to the entrance room area, the kitchen, dining & living area and bathroom downstairs. While upstairs leads to two separate traditional Japanese Style rooms. Easily accessible by car to 4 of the local ski resorts. A all wheel drive car is recommended to get the most out of your visit, parking is available.

Sanson Terrace "Hut Juksul"

We have renovated a small wooden hut by woods. It stands on a plateau area over 1,000m elevation. When I was a child, my one of a dream was building my secret place like this by myself. And the dream had come true at last! I hope you remember your childhood memory and feel wooden warmth by handmade in beautiful nature. This is a best area for hiking in forests and visiting beautiful lakes. The hut is good size to stay for a couple and a family or single.

Renovated to be open, modern and spacious our chalet is only 20 minutes drive from Nagano City, Togakushi and Iizuna ski resorts. It is less than 5 minutes walk to many cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.
