With an extra wide, illuminated driveway, there's plenty of space to park 3 boats and relax after fishing all day. The back porch has a grill & picnic table that's perfect for a midday cookout, while the backyard fire ring was designed with a marshmallows roast in mind!

Located just 2 hours from Houston, our little lake house retreat is the perfect getaway. Whether you enjoy sitting around the fire with family and friends, hitting the lake for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or just lounging on the large floating water mat, we have you covered. At the end of the day, fire up the Traeger grill or Traeger Flatrock griddle and enjoy dining out on the deck while taking in the amazing views of the lake as the sun goes down. Enjoy nature in this luxury lakefront modern guest house in the treetops with fantastic views of Lake Sam Rayburn and the Angelina National Forest. You will have the entire private living space, including your own living room, bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom and 4 decks. Be sure to take a swim in the lake from the sandy beach. Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

The Ponderosa

The Ponderosa is relaxing and peaceful for anyone. If you need more space, we have outdoor areas for RVs or tents. This is a great space for gatherings such as: crawfish boils, family reunions, birthdays, a romantic couple getaway or a family escape from everyday life. Come out and enjoy nature and look at the stars at the Ponderosa. Lake Sam Rayburn is 35 min., Steinhagen Reservoir is 10 min. away and Big Thicket National Game preserve is minutes away. Shooting on property needs approval.

Welcome to The Highlife Haven, a charming barndominium retreat in the Pineywoods of Kountze, TX. Unwind in your private hot tub and outdoor shower, sip drinks on the porch, or stroll our peaceful nature trail. End your evening by the firepit under a blanket of stars or take a peaceful stroll down our natural trail then cozy up in the themed loft with TV lounge. The perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature! Where cozy comfort meets outdoor fun, the perfect getaway.

Just Chillin by the Lake

Relax and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful private lake with lakefront cabin. Full kitchen, with complimentary coffee and tea, queen bed, private full bathroom. A large, covered porch. Fire pit and charcoal grill are provided as well as a Kayak and paddle boat for your enjoyment. Kayak, fish, or swim or just chill on private pier. Check in 3:00 pm - Check out 11:00 am. Take it easy at this unique and cozy barndominium studio minutes away from downtown Silsbee. 100 yards from main house. Relax while swinging on the porch and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning (or wine at night:) Take a hike in the Big Thicket National Preserve, or go canoeing or kayaking down the famous Village Creek (ask us how!) You can fish, swim, & hike at lake Sam Rayburn (16 min), or Boykin Springs (20 min) inside the Angelina National Forest. The Neches & Angelina river are also minutes away. 2 Comfy beds, cast iron tub, 2 patios, fire pit, grill, propane heater, A/C, & quiet fridge. Great for 4 people.

The Farmhouse

Leave the fast-paced internet world behind and enjoy nature at its best at The Farmhouse. Relax on the back porch overlooking our 9 acres of magnificent trees while sipping your morning coffee or playing cards as the evening winds down. Take a walk through the backyard along trails to a swing in the midst of this tranquil forest or be more adventurous and hike into an uncharted area of the Big Thicket bordering our backyard.
