The site sits on a levelled gravel pad and includes water, 50-amp service, communal 6' picnic table, communal fire pit w/wood. No sewer, but dump stations nearby in Eugene/Springfield.

The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. This working farm is situated on 120 acres nestled in the confluence of the Mckenzie River and the Mohawk River. The home, with its surrounding beauty, extensive walking trails, river access, and quick access to town, serves as an excellent place to gather, celebrate, and play. This is the perfect place to host a family and even a work retreat! We just added a hot tub.
