Room #5 is one of our most popular rooms. Dressed in grays and white with a breakfast area that overlooks the mountain and large private bath with tub, #5 also has a vintage wash stand set as the coffee bar and leather chair perfect for an afternoon read. All rooms have access to the large country kitchen with refrigerator, double oven and 5 burner gas range with everything you need to cook a meal. There's an antique dining table for 8 and a living room and sunroom for relaxing.

The Hotel Limpia, an historic, restored hotel built in 1912, is located in mile-high Fort Davis, nestled in the scenic Davis Mountains of southwest Texas. We currently have 30 rooms and suites. Our accommodations include private baths, period furnishings and free Wi-Fi. The hotel setting provides a peaceful and comfortable hideaway from the busy outside world. The courtyard garden, fragrant with roses and herbs, the glassed-in veranda with its flourishing plants, and the porches.

Room #1 at Mountainside Inn features 2 bedrooms. The large main bedroom has a coffee bar, king bed with new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress, flat screen TV and lots of closet space. The second small room has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep up to 4 KIDS (these needs are not big enough for adults) with their own TV and space. The 2 bedrooms share a private bathroom with large shower and plenty of towel and toiletry storage.

Located in the historic Orchard House Suites building, the Orchard King Suite is pet-friendly and includes spacious living room area and full kitchen, full-size king bed, porch, covered parking, and clawfoot tub and shower.
