Shallow water/ sandy beach, perfect for kids and launching kayaks. Plenty of space for activities on the lawn and beach. Play cornhole or bocce ball; use the shared kayaks and stand-up paddleboards; make your family and friends an amazing meal using the wood-fired outdoor pizza oven; relax and soak in the sun.

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

River Time

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. River Time sleeps six and has an open concept main living area. Nature and tranquility abound with water views from every window. From relaxing on the huge wrap around porch to fishing on the dock or swinging in the hammock, the property will provide restorative comfort. There is wonderful natural light throughout the house. Located directly on Blind Bay in Clayton we are 7 min from the village of Clayton and 13 min to Alexandria Bay.

It overlooks the serene Guffin Bay, which boasts some of the area's best fishing, swimming, boating & kayaking. The Tiki Hut is it's own retreat where you can read, play games or just stare at the water from a comfy chair. You will want to return here to make memories year after year!

Thousand Island Clayton Home Pet Friendly & Quiet

This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Spacious back deck. This is a pet friendly home. New fenced in back yard. All new flooring. New paved driveway. New larger firepit. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Relax at this peaceful lakefront property. This lake home sits on a beautiful 100' waterfront with level rocky beach access, wide-open floor plan and incredible views of Chaumont Bay! Featuring a king bed in the main bedroom, and the second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The living room sofa converts to a full bed. Two full bathrooms to accommodate you and your family. The quiet peacefulness will leave you relaxed while being close to all the local amenities the area has to offer.

Eventide View

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Newly renovated waterfront cottage on Chaumont Bay with breathtaking sunset views of Lake Ontario. Eventide View sleeps up to 8 with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Swim, fish, kayak, relax waterside, or snuggle up inside with a book and a blanket next to the fireplace. The large backyard offers plenty of room to play. Guests will also have access to the 1 stall garage. Our waterfront rocky beach has great swimming for kids of all ages.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.
