Situated on a calm canal with direct access to the lake. Launch kayaks, stand up paddle board, pedal boat or fish off of the dock. Expansive backyard with 150’ of canal shoreline and large hot tub. Prep a meal in our beautifully remodeled kitchen, on our large gas grill or by the shore on our fire pit.

Rock River Retreat

Bring your family to make memories enjoying a movie while sitting by the fireplace. Enjoy fishing during the day and a beautiful Rock River View. During winter you are right near the Jefferson County Snowmobile trails: and during the spring these trails are used for ATVs. There are several bike trails in town as well. If you are looking for things to do try the Octagon House or the local antique stores, outlet malls When you are ready to dine, Wisconsin is known for it's many supper clubs.

Stunning property with 150 ft of level frontage on Lake Ripley. Enjoy gorgeous lake views from almost every room in the house, patio with awnings, and built in grill (fire feature on patio is ornamental only). Private pier, huge family room with bar and new wood floors. Sunny dining area, large bedrooms upstairs. Fireplace in living room is ornamental only. Neighborhood private beach is next door and the park with playsets and bocce court right across the street.

James & Amelia's Studio Rental in Jefferson WI

Amelia and myself are fully renovating this spacious studio apartment for travel workers. These are old photos, as we are almost done painting with warm colors. Gone are the tan walls. It will be fully furnished with a queen size bed and lounge chairs. Will have a dedicated workstation. 65in tv, with Hulu live tv/Netflix offered. Will have new refrigerator and a kitchen island. This will be ready by the new year, possibly sooner for a longer stay tenant.
