Nestled under mature live oak trees, this 1940's beach cottage is quaint, comfortable, and cozy in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Walk to the beach (low tide is best), ride bikes, sight see historic sites, golf, shop, dine out at a wonderful selection of great restaurants. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach at 3rd or 5th street public access points. Located between the Pier/Village/Neptune Park and the King & Prince/restaurants where all the action is and you can walk to. Great location!

St Simons Townhouse Close to Beach and Village

This townhome is less than a mile to Coast Guard beach access and close to The Village area with shops and restaurants. Both bedrooms have a queen and a full bed and a TV. The kitchen is well stocked with a dining area with seating for six. Private back patio with seating. Please note there is not a washer/dryer within the condominium but there is a coin laundry facility on property. Community pool on the property is opened seasonally. Please inquiry for pet policy.
