Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy little home away from home. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just walking distance to the park/splash pad. It has 1-bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 1-bedroom with a queen bed and electric fireplace. It also offers for sleeping a small size hideaway bed more for a child than a grown adult in the living room and a small twin size rollaway bed. This tiny home also has a full kitchen, laundry room, wifi, Netflix, BBQ gill, fire pit, and two patios for relaxing.

The newly remodeled 2000 sq ft home features an open concept with 3 bedrooms each with their on bathroom, TV and sitting area. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, TV/WiFi and washer and dryer. We are located minutes from The Paragon Casino and downtown Marksville. Come enjoy our newly remodeled 2 Bedroom , 2 Bathroom camp. We have a beautiful back porch for you to sit and relax to admire the waterfront view. You can feed the ducks, use the kayaks to take a stroll or fish, or just have coffee and read a book. We have games for the family, seasonings in the cabinet, and a coffee bar for your convenience. Tiny House Hide Away has a relaxing private area with grill, spa and picnic table that will provide many hours of fun and relaxation.

This Southern-style home is a short walk to downtown on the trail along the Bluff. Sitting on the covered front porch, you can enjoy the park-like setting. Inside, are high ceilings and spacious, open living areas. There is Tupelo Cottage behind the home, connected by a breezeway which is available also. Each place has separate entrances, porches and driveways. My place is good for couples, families and business travelers.

James’ Cabin

Peaceful and charming little cabin. Only minutes from Winnsboro. Huge yard that’s great for the kids. This open floor plan cabin is great for couples or little families. It sleeps four comfortably with one queen size bed and hide a bed sofa. James’ cabin has everything that you need including kitchenette, WIFI a Roku TV. This place also has covered parking.
