Laguna Lodge Waterfront Holiday Unit 1

Uniquely designed. We have 6 units which are 2 bedroom & self contained. They all wrap around the great large deck which flows onto the covered communal BBQ area which overlooks the tranquillity of the inlet and our private jetty. Each unit offers a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining area. There is a communal laundry with a coin operated washing machine & dryer. There is off street car parking. Our Property is 1 1/4 acres providing a safe, great play area for the children.

Accommodation is bright and light and would fit 4 easily and 5 if you wish. There is free Wi-Fi and off street parking for 2 cars. It is a very quiet neighborhood and owners may be onsite on occasions in separate accommodation.

STUDIO, BATHROOM/WC/LAUNDRY and OUTDOOR KITCHEN. You'll have the exclusive use of "'The Studio", bathroom/laundry facilities (20 steps from The Studio). Outdoor cooking facilities include , Cooktop, HW, sink, BBQ and fridge. The bathroom/toilet is in a separate building 20 steps across the lawn.
