The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Imagine staying in a yurt in the woods of Chebeague Island, nestled peacefully in a private clearing in the woods. Explore island beaches and hidden trails. This yurt is “glampy” inside with leather chairs and a substantial log bed. The yurt has a rusticator kitchen with all of the basics for cooking, small fridge, stovetop, sink. Water. Outdoor fire pit. WiFi . Check ferry options on Casco Bay Lines or Chebeague Transportation. Host will provide transport to/from ferry to the yurt.

This cozy, 1 bedroom apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Knightville. The Portland Peninsula, which includes the historic Old Port and the downtown arts district, is less than a 10-minute drive across the bridge. The perfect spot for a couple or a fun friend getaway! Several excellent dining spots, coffee shops, and markets are all within walking distance from the house. Bike rentals are 2 blocks away! The local beach is a 5-minute drive /10-minute bike ride.

Guests can enjoy a comfy queen size bed, organic cotton sheets, and a pull-out sofa bed.

Sunny West End Guest Suite w/Harbor Views and Pool

Enjoy views of the working harbor from this bright, two floor guest suite in the historic West End. The space features a garden oasis and seasonal, heated saltwater pool—just a short walk from the Old Port and Arts District. The suite is attached to our home but fully private, with its own entrance. Stay at Hidden Pines Cabins. The Mirror cabin is Maines only 3 sided floor to ceiling mirrored glass cabin. Unwind in the hot tub while looking up at the sky full of stars. Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise. We love to welcome guests so if you'd like to book please introduce yourselves and let us know who is coming. We are caring, unobtrusive hosts who value getting to know our guests a little beforehand. We think we have the best of both worlds here - the peace and beauty of Casco Bay, yet 5 minutes to the center of town.

Waterfront Cottage On Basin Cove - Amazing Sunsets

Bright, airy cottage right on Basin Cove,a tidal cove in Harpswell Maine. Cool breezes with pristine views, especially for the sunsets over the cove. At the end of Harpswell Neck, so it feels like you're far away, but still only an hour from Portland, 1/2 hour from Freeport & 15 minutes from Brunswick. Use it as your hub to explore Midcoast Maine or hunker down and enjoy the screened in porch after a swim in the cove.
