It is centrally located approximately 20 minutes to all nearby cities; San Francisco Berkeley, Walnut Creek, Hayward and the Oakland Airport (during non-commute hours)

A few minutes from Park Blvd.'s and Montclair's many cafes, it's even closer to the Dimond district's eateries & markets.
