To maintain a pleasant environment, cooking smelly or smoky foods (such as grilled meat, seafood, fish stews, Malatang, etc.) is strictly prohibited. (Violations will result in a 1-night stay cleaning fee). 🛋️ Damage & Stains: Guests will be held financially responsible for any permanent stains/discoloration on bedding, or severe damage/loss of property and amenities. Please handle everything with care. 🐛 Insects & Pests: The property is professionally pest-controlled regularly. However, due to the natural surroundings, some insects may occasionally enter. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for this reason. ⚠️ Safety Liability: Guests are fully responsible for any accidents caused by personal negligence or lack of caution. Please be mindful of your safety. 👯‍♂️ No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No Outside Visitors: For safety and privacy, outside visitors who are not included in the official reservation are strictly prohibited from entering the property. Hamdeok is relatively close from the Jeju airport (about 30 minute car ride), it has beautiful beaches, and close access to many tourist attractions. My house is only 1 minute from Marine science institute bus stop. From my rooftop you can enjoy the oceanview. You can feel free to use and eat anything in the house, in the yard, refrigerator, cabinet, or shelves. I can host maximum 10 and you can pay extra guests at your arrival .
