Welcome to our wonderful home located right on The Esplanade in Torquay. Located just across the road from Cosy Corner which is a popular family friendly beach. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fabulous back yard, rumpus room, gas fire place, elevator, heating and air-conditioning, open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area which opens up to a large balcony. The balcony has beautiful ocean views that we love to enjoy throughout the day. There is also a playground over the road and walking track.
